Santa Barbara Microgrid
The Safe Energy Project focuses on building a 100% renewable energy system for southern Santa Barbara County. Our initiative is called “SBR3: Santa Barbara Reliable, Resilient, Renewable”. Led by the Safe Energy Project team, in partnership with local organizations, SBR3 will fix the existing blackout problems faced by our community and will create an advanced energy system that can integrate local sources of clean energy.Learn More
